Utilising Open Core Technology, the OCT Chainset's crank arms are hollow-forged out of AL-6066 alloy for maximum strength and mount our new PowerGlide™ 10 speed chainrings. The package, weighing only 830g, is finished off with SRAM's GXP™ bottom bracket, which has been designed to increase power transfer and rigidity while reducing component wear. For riders who want the power transfer and performance but don't demand the weight savings, SRAM offers the SRAM Rival chainset in a solid-core version.
